Orthopedic Hospital





Last June 24, Chummy Chum went to the Orthopedic Hospital Children's Ward in Banawe, Quezon City. Chummy Chum entertained almost 90 children all with cases of dislocated bones. But needless to say, even with the pain the kids were experiencing, they still managed to put up a smile. Chummy chum visited each and every one of them and gave them solar pencil cases, crayons, coloring books, and character balloons for toddlers. The hospital staff really appreciated Chummy Chum's visit. :)

Alay Pag-asa




Also on June 22, Chummy Chum went to Alay Pag-asa at #32 Arayat St Cor Road I Brgy Malamig, Mandaluyong City. Chummy Chum entertained 30 new beneficiaries who are indigent children. They were entertained by doing lots of parlor games. They also had a lot of toy prizes courtesy of Ms Juhi Jagiasi from India.The children also showed their talent in dancing after the distribution of popcorn and cotton candy. They also availed of solar pencil cases, colors and coloring books.

The kids were really very happy. :)

PGH Pedia Ward 9



On June 22, Chummy Chum visited the new patients a the PGH Pedia Ward 9. Chummy Chum entertained almost 50 kids with different illnesses by visiting each one of them. He gave them popcorn, cotton candy,character balloons,solar pencil cases,colors and coloring books.

Fishnets Ministry Sunday School




On June 19, 2010, Chummy Chum was invited by the Fifthnets King of Kings International Ministry Sunday School of Indigent Kids in Palanan, Makati City. Chummy Chum entertained around 50 kids by dancing and playing games. Popcorn and cotton candy were distributed, as well as giveaways like solar pencil cases and crayons and coloring books.

East Avenue Medical Center



On June 16, 2010, Chummy Chum visited the Pedia Ward of EAMC , East Avenue, Quezon City.

Chummy Chum entertained almost 70 sick children at the Pedia Ward by personally visiting each kid at their bed. Chummy Chum gave out character balloons, baby dresses, solar pencil cases, crayons, and coloring books. With the permission of EAMC doctors, the kids were allowed to taste the popcorn and cotton candy.

Cribs Foundation



Last June 15, 2010 Tuesday, Chummy Chum went to Marikina to visit and entertain children at the Cribs Foundation. For the second time, the Chummy Chum van amazed the kids. Chummy Chum gave away popcorn and cotton candy, as well as balloons for toddlers, solar pencil cases, crayons, and coloring books.

Fifthnets Ministry Makati


Last June 12, Chummy Chum was invited to join Fifthnets Ministry Makati to bring joy to 150 indigent children in Lapaz, Makati. Chummy Chum started by showing them how to cook popcorn and cotton candy, and also did some parlor games. After that, Chummy Chum danced the "Nobody" remix. The children were really happy as Chummy Chum distributed popcorn, cotton candy, solar pencil case, colors, and coloring books. :)

Daughters of Mary Immaculate Our Lady of Divine Love Circle


On June 11, 2010, Chummy Chum was invited by the Daughters of Mary Immaculate Our Lady of Divine Love Circle to celebrate the Feast of the Sacred Heart at Ecoville Grounds, Makati. Mrs. Esther Magleo of Finex Foundation spearheaded the invite.

Chummy Chum entertained almost 100 kids and adults who are beneficaries of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate in the South Cemetery Community by doing lots of games. Chummy Chum distributed popcorn and cotton candy, solar pencil cases, colors and coloring books, while other giveaways and refreshments are given by the Daughters of Mary Immaculate.

Children's Joy Foundation



Last June 9, 2010, Chummy Chum visited 100 kids at the CHILDREN'S JOY FOUNDATION. All kids were ready to have fun when Chummy Chum arrived. The program was started by doing lots of parlor games. After that, the kids displayed their talents in dancing, singing, and playing instruments such as the rondallia.

Chummy Chum admires the kids for being so talented. He also gave out popcorn and cotton candy. Also, solar calculator pencil cases, coloring books and crayons were given out.

The children of the foundation also remember Chummy Chum's first visit to them in 2007. :)

Faith, Love and Hope Ranch at Sariaya



Chummy Chum goes to SARIAYA, Quezon!

Last June 8, 2010, Chummy Chum went to the Faith, Love, and Hope Kids Ranch at Sitio Marilag, Brgy Montecillo, Sariaya Quezon.

Chummy Chum entertained the kids and gave out lots of prizes such as jackets, pajamas, solar pencil cases, crayons and coloring books! The kids also availed of Chummy Chum popcorn and cotton candy. It was a great Tuesday out of town with Chummy Chum!

Home of Joy Orphanage



Last June 7, 2010, Chummy Chum visited 60 neglected and abandoned children at the Home of Joy Orphanage. Chummy Chum entertained them by telling them stories, dancing, and playing games. He also gave out balloons, solar pencil cases, crayons and coloring books.

DSWD Pasig


Last June 1, 2010, DSWD Pasig invited Chummy Chum to surprise indigent children in Pasig City. The surprise party was held at the Pasig City Palengke (Market).

Chummy Chum started the fun and games by dancing with the kids. The well-loved Chummy Chum also gave out 300 pieces of popcorn, cotton candy, and coloring books and crayons.

Daughters of Crowned Virgin


Last May 31, Chummy Chum was invited by the Sisters of the Daughters of the Crowned Virigin to sponsor the snacks of the children. This was their surprise gift for the Catechism Graduation of the kids of the Sucat beneficiary.

Chummy Chum prepared 350 packs of popcorn and cotton candy to give out to the children. During the day, Chummy Chum also gave out coloring books. They also danced to "Nobody" and played some games. :)

The children had fun not just because it was their graduation, but because Chummy Chum was there with them as well.

San Beda College Batch '89 Thanksgiving in Payatas


Last May 30, Chummy Chum and the San Beda College Alumni went to Payatas to give joy to the children. The children were also amazed by the colorful Chummy Chum van. Around 700 popcorn and cotton candy, and nearly 200 crayons and coloring books were given to the children. It was truly a fun-filled afternoon.

San Beda College Batch '89 Feeding Program


Chummy Chum was invited by the San Beda College Batch '89 Alumni last May 30 for their feeding program entitled "Birthday mo, Pakain ka naman!" The May birthday celebrations of some alumni led by Mr Jun Simon And Mr Alex Aguila were held with distressed families from Baesa, QC, who are fire victims. Free snacks and coloring books were also given out by Chummy Chum.

Christian Mission Service Philippines


After Smokey Mountain, Chummy Chum still wanted to see children smile at CMSP in Naic, Cavite. Around 120 children were waiting for Chummy Chum to arrive.

Popcorn and cotton candy were set-up immediately while holding parlor games for the children. Prizes for the games included a solar calculator pencil case and some coloring books. The children were very happy to have Chummy Chum and his co-volunteers visit them.

Kanlungan sa Erma Feeding Program at Smokey Mountain




"Chummy Chum in Smokey Mountain"
Last May 29, Chummy Chum was invited by the Kanlungan sa Erma Program led by Ms Sol to visit and entertain the 200 poor children in Tondo, Manila.

One of the problems had in Smokey Mountain was the lack of electricity to cook the popcorn and cotton candy but eventually this problem was solved. This just proves that nothing can stop Chummy Chum from delivering smiles from the children of Smokey Mountain. :)

Metro South Network for Children c/o: House of Sarang


Last May 28 at Star Mall, Alabang, Chummy Chum made children happy at the said venue's Cinema 4. It was a new venue for Chummy Chum to provide joy to. Chummy Chum served popcorn and coton candy to almost 300 children all over Manila. This event was led by the Metro South Network for Children.

A certificate of appreciation was given to Chummy Chum for his efforts to work with charitable causes.

PGH-Out Patient Department

Last May 25, Chummy Chum visited almost 100 children patients in the out-patient department.

Chummy Chum gave out popcorn and cotton candy to the parents and children waiting in line. They also availed of the solar calculator the beloved Chummy Chum gave out.

Scandinavian Presbyterian Church

Last May 23, Chummy Chum went to Blk 9 Gumaoc West, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Here, the mascot visited 250 indigent children in Brgy Gumaoc. Their teachers, Chummy Chum, and volunteers Regine and Mikel were in charge of the games and helped control hundreds of children who were all excited to see Chummy Chum.
The beloved Chummy Chum went out to dance Nobody by a Korean pop-star group. All children enjoyed his performance. At the end of the day, the kids were also given popcorn, cotton candy, coloring books, and solar calculators as prizes for the parlor games. :)

Miko's Birthday with Chummy Chum

May 22, Sacred Heart Church in San Antonio Village Makati City

Miko, the son of Mrs Magleo (a close friend of Chummy Chum) chose to spend his 9th birthday by holding a feeding program with some indigent children. At a young age, Miko already admires Chummy Chum's dedication to give charity to less fortunate children.

We hope more kids will share their blessings like Miko did. :)

CHILDHOPE Sportsfest


Lasy May 22, Chummy Chum sponsored 200 streetchildren in the Hope Sports Festival held at the Rizal Stadium in Manila.

Chummy Chum paraded with children and lots of famous basketball players. Akiko Thompson, world-class swimmer was also at the event. Chummy Chum also gave out coloring books to the young children participants.

Jesus Loves the Little Children Ministry

Last May 21, Chummy Chum visited 170 indigent chidren in Brgy. Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City.


Chummy Chum held lots of games with the help of our volunteers Curie and Mico. The children enjoyed a lot especially when Chummy Chum gave out popcorn and cotton candy and coloring books.

GMA Kapuso Foundation/Feeding Program

Last May 21, Chummy Chum went to Brgy. Hulo Pililia in Rizal. GMA Kapuso Foundation invited Chummy Chum to sponsor almost 300 indigent children in different part of the community in Pililia, Rizal.

The feeding program forwarded the cause of the benefits of family planning to mothers.

Children had a great, fun time with Chummy Chum, as he gave out popcorn, cotton candy, and some coloring books. :)
