Chummy Chum Joins Ms Nikki & Family at Tahanang Walang Hagdanan

CCF joined Ms Nikki & family in cheering up children of disabled workers at Tahanang Walang Hagdanan located at Marick Subdivision, Cainta, Rizal. We had a little trouble while getting there as we encountered a flat tire along C6 Road that is why we arrived at the venue late. It was our first time to do so, but then when we arrived at the venue, the event was just about to start.
We rushed to set up the popcorn and cotton candy booths while the clowns that they hired, started the parlor games. We had to lend them our sound system since they did not have one.
After the kids had eaten, Chummy Chum came out to entertain them and danced for them. Both children and the celebrant had a great time interacting with Chummy Chum and taking pictures with him. They thanked CCF for making their wish come true by giving smiles to the less fortunate children.

Chummy Chum and SM Foundation Grant Cainta Community’s Request

SMF and CCF collaborated once again to grant the wish of the Cainta Community to hold a free medical checkup and acupuncture at Savemore Cainta. The venue is quite small compared to other medical mission venues but we encountered no problem whatsoever. We set up our booth and prepared popcorns for the kids that will be distributed after they get their free meds. The kids were given stubs to claim their Chummy Chum freebies. When Chummy Chum came out to dance, the kids were all excited and interacted with Chummy Chum and have their pictures taken with him.

Chummy Chum with SM Foundation for Medical Mission

Chummy Chum Foundation partners yet again with SM Foundation, Inc. for their Medical Mission, this time for SM Taytay Community. DSWD was assigned to take charge of the distribution of stubs to the poorest of the poor in Taytay. The event was held at the parking lot of the said mall.
When CCF arrived at the venue, everything was set for the medical mission. We also started setting up our booth with us cooking 200 popcorn packs that will be distributed later for the kids who were there.
The music blaring in the background kept the crowd entertained while waiting for their turns. Children who were finished with their checkups immediately lined up to the CCF booth and were given Chummy Chum freebies which made the kids smile. The children became more excited when Chummy Chum came and danced for the kids.

CCF held the biggest charity party organized for Mrs. Sison at PCMC Cancer Ward and OPD

Chummy Chum Foundation was very proud to organize a big charity party for the less fortunate kids especially to cancer kid patients. For those who are still figuring out how to share their blessings to the less fortunate ones, we at Chummy Foundation are here to help you out. Just like how we helped Mr. & Mrs. Sison who wanted to share their blessing to these kids.
The generous couple held a party for the cancer kid patients of PCMC located at Agham Road Quezon City.
Almost 100 kids were given stubs to the event. They were instructed to go to the activity area and register their names. They were then went to meet the celebrant and were given freebies which included character balloons and toys.
Afterwards, children were told to line up at snack area wherein they were given drinks, popcorn, cotton candy, cake, nachos, fries, lunch meals, etc.
The finale was of course, a dance number from Chummy Chum greatly enjoyed by the kids and their guardians and all those who are present. They were very grateful to us, the volunteers, and especially to Mr. & Mrs Sison for giving them a party like no other.

Chummy Chum Celebrates with Rex at Welcome House Missionary Community

Chummy Chum arranged an outreach birthday party for Rex at the Welcome House Community located at West Zamora St., Paco, Manila. When CCF team arrived at the venue, we were welcomed by our contact, Sister Mary Joy, and happily assisted us since it was our first time there. They are well aware that CCF is a non-profit organization with the sole mission of bringing smiles to kids who belong to the poorest of the poor. Most of the beneficiaries that day are kids from the squatters area of Paco and those that live “along the riles”.
When Rex, the birthday celebrant and his friends arrived, we were almost done setting up. The party started immediately and the children had a great time participating in parlor games.
Rex and friends provided lots of prizes, food and toys plus Chummy Chum freebies which made the nuns and kids really happy, especially the birthday celebrant for having another meaningful birthday celebration by sharing his blessings with the less fortunate.

Chummy Chum with SM Foundation Medical Mission at Rosario Cavite

Chummy Chum ties up with SM Foundation, once again, for a Medical/Dental Mission held at SM Rosario Cavite. The location is not that far from our home base in Paranaque but due to heavy traffic brought about by the morning rush, we had to wake up really early to make it on time.
When we get to SM Rosario, there were a just a number of beneficiaries present but eventually piled up as the event progressed.
Doctors and medical staff started the medical checkups. Children who were already done were pleasantly surprised when they received freebies from Chummy Chum. Everyone was very thankful to us for making the kids happy at the event.

Chummy Chum Graces Foursquare Gospel Church Anniversary

Right after the Cancer Patients’ Charity event at Quezon City, CCF headed straight to Imus Cavite via SLEX, for the anniversary celebration of Foursquare Gospel Church located at Villa Nicasia 4, Imus, Cavite. But when we reached the venue, only a handful of kid attendees were there to meet us, and not all of them are indigent kids. It is just a little disappointing that we had to rush from our previous commitment and had to travel a long way and we will only be met with around 10 children. Nevertheless, we gladly did our part and put smile on these kids’ faces.
Our foundation is happy to help kind-hearted people in sharing their blessings especially to kids, but we really prioritizes kids who belong to the poorest of the poor and those that are deprived of happiness because of their sad state in life.
We hope that future events with groups who wish to invite us will take note of this as we want to bring as many smiles to these kids’ faces.

Chummy Chum with Daryl and Friends at the Cancer Ward of NCH

Chummy Chum received a request from Daryl to join them on their outreach program at V. Luna Hospital. But things didn’t go as planned due to difficulty in schedule so the group requested CCF to help them find a beneficiary. CCF suggested that they should experience bringing smile to children with cancer. The group readily agreed and we immediately arranged a schedule with the social services. Ms. Daryl agreed on this date and together with her friends, they brought bubble shows just for the cancer kids patients.
Chummy Chum also gave away freebies and snacks. It was very nice and touching to see the kids smile and enjoy the moment.
