Chummy Chum with Ms. Cha Share Blessings to Kids at Bahay Aruga

CCF Team went to Bahay Aruga to accompany Ms. Cha for her annual charity activity. Since 2011, Ms. Cha has always sought our help to find less fortunate children within Metro Manila whom we could help.
For this particular event, we suggested Bahay Aruga, which is the nearest Center to where Ms. Cha lives.
The Chummy Chum Van was under repair and it was APEC week so it was a holiday for everybody except for us. We were able to borrow a panel for Bahay Aruga while some of our volunteers went to buy toys, balloons, lootbags, etc. The table that we arranged were filled with Chummy Chum freebies.
The program started with games and Chummy Chum came out and danced with the children. After that, the kids were given meals and gifts.
The kids were very happy and thankful to Ms. Cha and CCF for choosing them as beneficiaries.
We intend not to disclose the identities of these kids on the photos for their protection.

We left our HQ at 4:30 am and we arrived at 9:00 am. A lot of people were there for the free medical checkup. The children present became very excited when we started setting up. They were delighted to see our colorful balloons as we displayed them.
Almost two thousand people participated in the said medical mission, half of which were kids who were there for a checkup.
There was a bit of a chaos in the line as everyone wanted to go first in getting Chummy Chum freebies, good thing an official arrived and sorted it out.
The kids lined up properly after that, and they all went home happy because of the Chummy Chum Freebies.

Chummy Chum with Rotary Club of San Pedro South's Trick or Treat Celeb at Brgy Estrella San Pedro City, Laguna

CCF Team went to San Pedro Laguna for RC San Pedro South’s Trick or Treat activity for poor kids of Barangay Estrella.
We had a difficult time going to the venue because the road was too steep and the Chummy Chum van had a hard time getting to the venue. As a result, we arrived late, as well as the organizers.
Most of the people became more impatient because of the long and tedious task of registration. The Rotarians of San Pedro South went ahead because it was getting late.
The Rotaractors and CCF stayed at the venue with the kids. There were games and the kids danced along with Chummy Chum and had their picture taken with him. After which, gifts and freebies were distributed to the children.

Chummy Chum Graces Calvary Four Square Church's Children's Month in Sta. Mesa

After the activity in Muntinlupa, CCF team headed straight to Sta. Mesa for another Children’s Month event, this time organized by Calvary Four Square Church. Every year they gather poor community kids to celebrate Children’s Month. The kids were all excited as they watch the youth volunteers prepare candies and prizes for them. We set up our booth beside it. We noticed that most of the kids have dark and dry skin because of too much exposure from the sun due to their living condition as well as the lack of food. We also saw in their eyes the excitement of having to experience a children’s party for the first time, with popcorn, cotton candy booth & mascot. After the program, the gift giving started wherein kids also received Chummy Chum freebies.

Chummy Chum with Ms. Erika & Family Bring Joy to Cancer Kids of NCH

CCF went to National Children’s Hospital located at E. Rodriguez Quezon City to accompany Ms. Erika and her family as they share their blessings to children afflicted with cancer.
We saw new faces of cancer kids and we were alarmed about their condition especially one particular kid whose got jaundice, and bloated tummy which reminded us of a similar case way back in 2012 wherein one kid can’t even get up from the bed but that particular day, was able to stand up and played games. Shorly after gift giving, the kid died. The mother thanked us because we were able to her kid happy even for the last time.
I told this story to Ms. Erika and she couldn’t help but cry as she saw the condition of the children here.
She is very thankful to CCF for helping sick and less-fortunate children without expecting anything in return.

Chummy Chum Graces Mrs. Ariola's birthday feeding program to poor community kids of Taguig

CCF Team went to Brgy. Tutukan in Taguig City to grant the request of Mrs Ariola as she shares her blessings to poor kids in the community. The activity was held in the barangay hall.
Mrs. Ariola is a midwife and we met her in Western Bicutan Health Center. Just like other sponsors, they could not believe that we, at CCFPI, offer our services for free.
This is a way of giving back to God for all the blessing that our Founder and his family has received, and to encourage others to also give back to less fortunate children. CCF has been doing this for nine (9) years and since then their family has been abundantly blessed
