Daughters of Crowned Virgin


Last May 31, Chummy Chum was invited by the Sisters of the Daughters of the Crowned Virigin to sponsor the snacks of the children. This was their surprise gift for the Catechism Graduation of the kids of the Sucat beneficiary.

Chummy Chum prepared 350 packs of popcorn and cotton candy to give out to the children. During the day, Chummy Chum also gave out coloring books. They also danced to "Nobody" and played some games. :)

The children had fun not just because it was their graduation, but because Chummy Chum was there with them as well.

San Beda College Batch '89 Thanksgiving in Payatas


Last May 30, Chummy Chum and the San Beda College Alumni went to Payatas to give joy to the children. The children were also amazed by the colorful Chummy Chum van. Around 700 popcorn and cotton candy, and nearly 200 crayons and coloring books were given to the children. It was truly a fun-filled afternoon.

San Beda College Batch '89 Feeding Program


Chummy Chum was invited by the San Beda College Batch '89 Alumni last May 30 for their feeding program entitled "Birthday mo, Pakain ka naman!" The May birthday celebrations of some alumni led by Mr Jun Simon And Mr Alex Aguila were held with distressed families from Baesa, QC, who are fire victims. Free snacks and coloring books were also given out by Chummy Chum.

Christian Mission Service Philippines


After Smokey Mountain, Chummy Chum still wanted to see children smile at CMSP in Naic, Cavite. Around 120 children were waiting for Chummy Chum to arrive.

Popcorn and cotton candy were set-up immediately while holding parlor games for the children. Prizes for the games included a solar calculator pencil case and some coloring books. The children were very happy to have Chummy Chum and his co-volunteers visit them.

Kanlungan sa Erma Feeding Program at Smokey Mountain




"Chummy Chum in Smokey Mountain"
Last May 29, Chummy Chum was invited by the Kanlungan sa Erma Program led by Ms Sol to visit and entertain the 200 poor children in Tondo, Manila.

One of the problems had in Smokey Mountain was the lack of electricity to cook the popcorn and cotton candy but eventually this problem was solved. This just proves that nothing can stop Chummy Chum from delivering smiles from the children of Smokey Mountain. :)

Metro South Network for Children c/o: House of Sarang


Last May 28 at Star Mall, Alabang, Chummy Chum made children happy at the said venue's Cinema 4. It was a new venue for Chummy Chum to provide joy to. Chummy Chum served popcorn and coton candy to almost 300 children all over Manila. This event was led by the Metro South Network for Children.

A certificate of appreciation was given to Chummy Chum for his efforts to work with charitable causes.

PGH-Out Patient Department

Last May 25, Chummy Chum visited almost 100 children patients in the out-patient department.

Chummy Chum gave out popcorn and cotton candy to the parents and children waiting in line. They also availed of the solar calculator the beloved Chummy Chum gave out.

Scandinavian Presbyterian Church

Last May 23, Chummy Chum went to Blk 9 Gumaoc West, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Here, the mascot visited 250 indigent children in Brgy Gumaoc. Their teachers, Chummy Chum, and volunteers Regine and Mikel were in charge of the games and helped control hundreds of children who were all excited to see Chummy Chum.
The beloved Chummy Chum went out to dance Nobody by a Korean pop-star group. All children enjoyed his performance. At the end of the day, the kids were also given popcorn, cotton candy, coloring books, and solar calculators as prizes for the parlor games. :)

Miko's Birthday with Chummy Chum

May 22, Sacred Heart Church in San Antonio Village Makati City

Miko, the son of Mrs Magleo (a close friend of Chummy Chum) chose to spend his 9th birthday by holding a feeding program with some indigent children. At a young age, Miko already admires Chummy Chum's dedication to give charity to less fortunate children.

We hope more kids will share their blessings like Miko did. :)

CHILDHOPE Sportsfest


Lasy May 22, Chummy Chum sponsored 200 streetchildren in the Hope Sports Festival held at the Rizal Stadium in Manila.

Chummy Chum paraded with children and lots of famous basketball players. Akiko Thompson, world-class swimmer was also at the event. Chummy Chum also gave out coloring books to the young children participants.

Jesus Loves the Little Children Ministry

Last May 21, Chummy Chum visited 170 indigent chidren in Brgy. Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City.


Chummy Chum held lots of games with the help of our volunteers Curie and Mico. The children enjoyed a lot especially when Chummy Chum gave out popcorn and cotton candy and coloring books.

GMA Kapuso Foundation/Feeding Program

Last May 21, Chummy Chum went to Brgy. Hulo Pililia in Rizal. GMA Kapuso Foundation invited Chummy Chum to sponsor almost 300 indigent children in different part of the community in Pililia, Rizal.

The feeding program forwarded the cause of the benefits of family planning to mothers.

Children had a great, fun time with Chummy Chum, as he gave out popcorn, cotton candy, and some coloring books. :)

Concordia Children's Services


Last May 18, 2010, the Chummy Chum Foundation visited children from Concordia Children's Services. Around 70 indigent children from the service participated in parlor games held by Chummy Chum volunteers. During the activity, fun foodstuff such as popcorn and cotton candy were distributed. Coloring books and balloons were given out to the children as well. It was a lively and worthwhile afternoon spent with the children of Concordia. See you next time, kids!

Cottolengo Filipino Inc. 10th Anniversary



Cottolengo Filipino, home to mentally and physically disabled children, invited the Chummy Chum Foundation (also its sponsor) to its 10th anniversary.

To make the children happy, Chummy Chum gave out popcorn, cotton candy, and coloring books.Chummy Chum also visited the rooms of the children on bedrest.

We acknowledge the presence of our enthusiastic volunteers from Baguio City.

Cottolengo Filipino is located at Gloria Vista Subd., San Rafael, Montalban, Rizal.

Kanlungan sa Erma/Outreach Program of Bright Morning Star School




The Bright Morning Star School located at St. Joseph Subd., Las Pinas, invited Chummy Chum to their culminating activity. 150 indigent children of Las Pinas City were entertained by Chummy Chum and the rest of the volunteers.

To bring joy to the children, Chummy Chum sang, danced, and played lots of fun games! Popcorn and cotton candy were given to the children, who claimed that it was their first time to have those for free! :)
The kids enjoyed other freebies such as coloring books as well, and wished for Chummy Chum to come back. See you soon, kids! :)

Superior of the Daughters of the Crowned Virgin Perpetual Adorers of the sacred heart of Jesus Inc.


Located at # 19 Dahlia St. cor. Dona Rosario, Sucat, Paranaque City.

Last May 12, 2010, the Chummy Chum Foundation visited and entertained around 130 indigent children at the Superior of the Daughters of the Crowned Virgin Perpetual Adorers of the Sacret Heart of Jesus Inc. house in Sucat, Paranaque.

Together with Chummy Chum volunteers, the children enjoyed playing parlor games, eating snacks (such as popcorn and cotton candy) and dancing the hit Korean pop song "Nobody".

The children were also excited by the new Chummy Chum van as they saw their faces in the car stickers from an old 2008 photo with volunteers of the foundation. Children of the Sacred Heart house were glad to have Chummy Chum volunteers with them for the second time around. 'Til next time, kids!

Asociacion de Damas de Filipinas Inc.

Asociacion de Damas de Filipinas is located at 1451 Pres. Quirino Ave.
Paco, Manila.

The Special Celebration for Charity for two people of the CHYK group invited Chummy Chum and the rest of the gang to spend a day of fun-filled activities with them.

Chummy Chum danced and played with the 85 indigent children from Paco. The volunteers helped Chummy Chum by cooking popcorn and cotton candy for the kids. Also, freebies such as crayons and coloring books were given to the children. The CHYK group also gave out more snacks and freebies. It was truly an unforgettable and fun day for the children.

Damayan Community Center

Damayan Community Center is located at 347 M.H. Del Pilar St. Maysilo 1404 Malabon.

Chummy Chum visited and entertained 150 indigent children from different parts of the Malabon community at the Damayan Center. Chummy Chum got the kids physical by playing parlor games and dancing the Korean pop song "Nobody". After dancing, popcorn, cotton candy, coloring books and crayons were distributed to eager children. At the end of the afternoon, they thanked Chummy Chum and asked if he could spend one more day with the children of Malabon. :)

Philippine General Hospital (PGH)


PGH is located at Taft Avenue Manila.

Chummy Chum visited and entertained around 100 children at the Philippine General Hospital's Pediatric ward. Chummy Chum volunteers cooked popcorn and cotton candy for the kids, who were there to enjoy a few hours of entertainment with their parents. Even nurses and doctors enjoyed the company of Chummy Chum and other volunteers. Coloring books and coloring materials were given to the kids.

SUN and MOON FOUNDATION

Sun and Moon Foundation Home for Children is
located at 4370 Librada Avelino St. Bayview Village, Tambo, Paranaque City.

Chummy Chum was invited to celebrate the birthday of two children at the Sun and Moon Foundation. One of the babies turned a year old, while the other is a 12-year old bedridden child.

The Sun and Moon Foundation currently houses 18 children aged 3 months and up. The children were either abandoned, neglected, or surrendered by their parents.
