Chummy Chum visited the out-patient department of Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital located at North Caloocan. A hundred kids with their parents bombarded us with questions such as “Libre ba mga ito?” (Are these free?) yet all rejoiced upon knowing that it is indeed free.
