Child Haus
Ms. Jen, once again, collaborated with the Chummy Chum Foundation to celebrate her birthday with the children from CHILDhaus – short for the Center for Health Improvement & Life Development (CHILD) Haus. It is the first and only temporary shelter for indigent patients from different provinces who have cancer or other dreaded diseases and have no place to stay in the metro while undergoing medical treatment.
Together with Ms. Jen’s family and friends, and Chummy Chum, they brought joy to the pediatric patients. The children were entertained by clowns with games and prizes and had fun with the dance performance of Chummy Chum (the mascot). Each child received gifts while they feast on delicious food prepared by Mam Jen, especially for them. The Chummy Chum team also prepared gift packs for the children. For a while, the children felt well savoring every second of that magical event. They enjoyed the freshly cooked popcorn and cotton candy.
Chummy Chum thanked The SM Store for giving out toys as prizes for parlor games.
Ms. Jen also prepared sets of toys and yummy treats for the upcoming charity events of the foundation in public hospitals and SPED facilities in public schools.
