At the Chummy Chum Foundation, the phrase Charity of Love reflects our belief that the most meaningful acts of kindness are those given freely, inspired not by pressure, expectation, or obligation, but by genuine compassion and love for others.
This philosophy is the foundation of our No-Solicitation Policy. It is not a rejection of fundraising, donors, or generosity.
Rather, it is a statement of confidence in the goodness of people. We believe that kindness already exists within every heart. We believe that people are capable of caring, sharing, and giving without being asked, persuaded, or pressured.
Our role is not to compel generosity, but to inspire it.

The Charity of Love encourages a deeper kind of giving—one that comes from personal conviction, sincere concern for others, and a genuine desire to make a difference. Whether a contribution is large or small, what matters most is the spirit in which it is given: freely, willingly, and with love.

Since 2007, the Chummy Chum Foundation has sought to do more than distribute food, toys, gifts, medical assistance, or other forms of support. Its mission has always been to nurture a culture of compassion—one where people choose to care for one another, especially for children and families facing life's greatest challenges.
Every outreach activity, every volunteer hour, every toy shared, every meal served, and every act of kindness becomes a reminder that humanity is at its best when love is expressed freely. Because in the end, the greatest gift is not always the material item being given.
