PCNC Seal of Good NGO Housekeeping

Chummy Chum Foundation Philippines Inc. possesses a Seal of Good NGO Housekeeping, a legitimate seal given by the Philippine Council of NGO Certification, and is recognized by the national government.  With this seal, CCFPI was granted by the Bureau of Internal Revenue a Certificate of Registration as a Donee Institution. This gives its donors full deductibility of donation and exemption from donor's tax.

Registrations, License and Certificates

The Chummy Chum Foundation Philippines, Inc. was duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in November 2007 as a self-reliant family foundation - a charitable institution that focuses on indigent terminally ill children.

In Dec 2007, CCFPI has acquired registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).  Despite the foundation being self-funded by its founder – the CCFPI administration maintains a clean financial flow, ensuring that every cent will be used to its lone purpose - that is to help the children who are in need the most.

In 2017, the board of trustees headed by its president decided to formalize the charity foundation into a much stronger force of influence. CCFPI obtained its registration and license with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in 2018. It helped the foundation reach out to more beneficiaries as well as establish a better management system, build a network in the industry, and create innovative ideas for helping the most in need in these trying times.

In 2019, CCFPI became a member of the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) – a certification that gives pride to the foundation for having met the standards of good governance, financial stewardship, operational transparency and accountability, and consistent program implementation.

CCFPI was granted by the BIR through the recommendation of the PCNC –  a Donee Institution Certificate.  With this, all those who give voluntarily to CCFPI in the form of cash or in-kind will be exempted from tax donation and will have full deductibility of donations.

CCFPI is committed to complying with all the policies, rules, and regulations mandated by the Philippine law, and maintains its professional relationships with all relative government and non-government agencies that provide strong support to the stability of the foundation.

Since its inception, CCFPI has been doing a series of charity missions almost every day of its operations. It has created and maintained three (3) major programs that effectively channel all the possible help that the foundation can give to children trapped in a different difficult situations.
