A Birthday of Gratitude and Hope

National Children's Hospital
Sir Joshua chose to celebrate his birthday with children battling serious illnesses, inspired by his family’s deep gratitude for a loved one who survived a life-threatening disease.
After reaching out through the Chummy Chum website, his family’s planned visit to PCMC was redirected to the National Children’s Hospital Hematology Ward in Quezon City. Despite the heavy rain, the Chummy Chum team travelled early from Parañaque to guide and assist Sir Joshua, his parents, and his girlfriend during their first charity visit.
Together, they distributed meals and gifts to the children. Chummy Chum and another well-loved mascot also joined the celebration, filling the ward with excitement, smiles, and hope.
Chummy Chum extends its heartfelt birthday wishes to Sir Joshua and thanks him for choosing to share his special day with children in need. Photos were intentionally taken from a distance to protect the children’s privacy and safety.
