With hearts full of gratitude, Mommy Tricia and her family chose to celebrate baby Tazkia’s first birthday in a meaningful way—by sharing the joy of this special milestone with children from underserved communities.
To mark the occasion, the Chummy Chum team welcomed children from Sampaloc and Fourth Estate as Tazkia’s special birthday guests. Upon arrival, they were greeted by a festive venue decorated with colorful balloons, a beautiful backdrop, and tables filled with delicious food, treats, toys, gifts, and souvenirs.
The celebration came alive with exciting parlor games hosted by a cheerful clown duo, followed by a fun-filled magic show. The highlight of the day was the appearance of Chummy Chum, whose lively dance performance brought smiles, laughter, and excitement to every child in attendance. For a few precious hours, the children simply enjoyed being children—free to laugh, play, and celebrate.
The program concluded with a heartfelt rendition of “Happy Birthday,” after which meals were served and every child received gifts and souvenirs from baby Tazkia and her family.
It was a beautiful reminder that birthdays can be celebrated not only with family and friends, but also by sharing blessings and creating joyful memories for children who need them most.
