Ms. Maricris chose to celebrate her special day by spreading joy to children from underprivileged communities; children who often miss out on the simple joys of childhood due to life’s hardships.

With the support of the Chummy Chum Foundation, a heartwarming charity birthday party was organized at Jackielou Ville, BF Homes, Parañaque.

The Chummy Chum team, along with Lola Amari and dedicated volunteers, picked up the children and brought them to a festive venue filled with balloons, food packs, sweet treats, toys, and gifts. Popcorn and cotton candy carts added to the excitement.

Ms. Maricris, her family, and friends warmly welcomed the children. The celebration began with a prayer, followed by a lively program hosted by a cheerful clown who led games, a magic show, and a puppet performance. The energy soared when Chummy Chum, the mascot, danced into the scene, inviting the children to join in the fun.

The children beamed with happiness, feeling loved, seen, and cared for. It was a beautiful reminder that true joy comes from giving.

The day ended with a hearty meal provided by Ms. Maricris and gift bags for all—including toys, treats, and groceries for volunteers.
