Catmon, Malabon
In their 26th joint outreach, Chummy Chum and Check Group brought smiles to underprivileged children living in Catmon, Malabon.
The event took place in an open court, with a makeshift tarp shelter from a past campaign providing shade. Despite the humble setting, the team quickly set up tables filled with treats, toys, and gifts, along with popcorn and cotton candy machines that brought instant delight. Colorful balloons decorated the space, transforming it into a magical setting for the children.
The program began with a prayer, followed by fun parlor games where every child received a prize—either as a winner or participant. Laughter filled the court as children eagerly joined the games.
A highlight of the day was Chummy Chum’s lively dance performance. His cheerful presence and playful steps had the children dancing along with joy and excitement.
This is the heart of the Chummy Chum Foundation—sharing love and joy with children in need. Truly, this is what “Charity of Love” is all about.
Special thanks to the community volunteers for maintaining order and to SM City Sucat for the lovable Bears of Joy that made the day extra memorable.
