Chummy Chum and PAPI brought Smiles to the Children at the NCH

National Children’s Hospital

When Pito AxM Platform Inc. (PAPI) reached out to Chummy Chum to bring Christmas cheer to children—especially those who are sick—Chummy immediately arranged a special celebration at the National Children’s Hospital (NCH) in partnership with the Little Ark Foundation. The young warriors on the 6th floor, Hema Ward, were the lucky guests of honor.

True to the mission of the Chummy Chum Foundation, the event aimed to bring smiles and hope to children battling serious illnesses—children who endure pains no one should face. A simple act of kindness here can create a lasting impact of joy and encouragement.

The teams arrived early to prepare 150 full meals, Christmas bags, loot bags, toys, and 500 gift certificates. The program included a prayer, fun games led by clowns, a magic show, and a puppet show, ensuring laughter filled every corner.

For nearly two decades, Chummy Chum has been a familiar and beloved presence at NCH, delivering happiness, comfort, and sincere love to every child. The children eagerly hugged, danced, and posed for photos with him, their smiles lighting up the room.

Additional snacks and gifts were shared after lunch, with special thanks to Kokola Philippines Inc., Bahay Aruga Paranaque, and Yun You for the mooncakes. The generosity of Pito AxM also brought 10 sacks of rice to the Little Ark Foundation, supporting children in temporary shelter while undergoing treatment.

Helping children in need not only brings joy and hope to them—it also fills the hearts of donors with fulfillment, knowing their compassion creates real, lasting happiness. Chummy Chum and the children extend heartfelt thanks to Pito AxM for celebrating this season of giving in such a meaningful way.
