Child Haus Quezon City
For almost a year, Chummy Chum has been in partnership with Child Haus in giving joy to indigent children who are cancer patients. On this day, Chummy Chum graces the blessings of the newly renovated half-way home for cancer patients located in Mapang-akit Street, Quezon City.
As the team works hand in hand with Child Haus, they were able to learn how ‘mother’ Ricky Reyes, founder of Child Haus, become a “professional beggar” to his acquaintances, friends and relatives, asking for any assistance that could help the cancer pediatric patient (who are mostly coming from far provinces across the country) to prove their indigency and to be accepted in different public hospitals to avail free confinement through its Social Services programs. Child Haus is a temporary shelter for children with cancer.
