Helping brave little Billy to carry on.

No. 56

Billy Cyron G. Cuarto, 7, Wilms Tumor

Billy was diagnosed with rare kidney cancer when he was 6. His medical condition requires 5 years of close clinical monitoring, including CT Scan and complete laboratory tests. He lives with maintenance medicine and selective nutritious food. He will complete his 1st year monitoring this coming March 2021 (it is 4 struggling years more to go). His father has just got a job as a construction worker last November 2020, and his mother works as a cook in a small scale eatery. The combined income of the parents is still not enough to provide the full medical and nutritional needs of the child.

The Chummy Chum Foundation learned about the case of little Billy and immediately sent help. The family received cash assistance for the sick child as well as formula milk, supplements, fresh fruits, toys, a set of coloring books with crayons, and something to share with the family.
