Joy Finds a Way: Chummy Chum Brings Happiness to Flood-Affected Children

With hearts full of love and excitement, Chum Chum and the team headed out to visit the children in flood-hit slum areas — ready to spread smiles, laughter, and a whole lot of joy!

As soon as they arrived, the team got busy setting up a simple but special treat — yummy ginataang munggo — along with bags of toys, biscuits, pillows, and coloring books. These little surprises were enough to brighten the kids’ day and fill the place with happy giggles.

There wasn’t a proper space for Chummy Chum to join and dance for the kids, so he couldn’t come along this time — but the team carried his heart with them, spreading the same love, joy, and cheer he always brings.  The team still brought loads of energy and excitement, and the children’s laughter and bright smiles proved that happiness truly comes from the heart.

This visit was all about bringing happiness to children, healing their scared and unhappy hearts, and reminding them that they are loved and remembered. Even a short moment of laughter can mean the world to a child who’s been through tough times.
