CCF Team went to SM Muntinlupa for another Medical-Dental Mission of SM Foundation. The activity was held at the SM Carpark. Said venue was near CCF headquarters so we didn’t have a difficult time going there.
Since our service vehicle was still under repair, we went to the venue by car. Good thing the popcorn we bought were just enough.
After the checkup, kids lined up to our booth and were given popcorn, snacks and freebies courtesy of Chummy Chum.
Although we are perplexed as to why the adults do not understand that the popcorns were intended for the children only. We politely turn them down and explain that those are for the children.
We met a kid who was so sick, he was pale and had to be carried by his mother. When we gave him the freebies, he managed to get down and wrote his name in the paper.
Seeing the precious smiles of the children makes us forget the bad vibes brought about by the adults.
