A Mission Stronger Than the Storm

A storm was raging as the Chummy Chum team left Parañaque, making them wonder if they should continue. They worried about the children and whether they had shelter from the heavy rain. But as the team arrived in Tanyag, Taguig City, the rain suddenly stopped.
The team quickly prepared the venue and welcomed 100 children. Before Chummy Chum appeared, the children learned about the foundation’s nearly two decades of bringing joy and hope to those most in need. They were also encouraged to study hard and someday help others in their own way.
The children expected a simple gift-giving activity, but they received much more—a joyful day filled with dancing, photos, and special moments with Chummy Chum, who personally handed a gift to each child.
Not even a storm could stop the mission from reaching these children and bringing smiles to their faces.
