Helping baby Jane to see the beauty of life.

No. 114: Hyacinth Jane Encamina, 2, Retinoblastoma (Eye Cancer) Stage 3 with Pneumonia, NCH

Baby Jane was born with eye cancer. Along with the disease, baby Jane got pneumonia, which makes the child’s medical condition worst. The sick child is being treated at the National Children’s Hospital and is scheduled to undergo series of laboratory examinations in preparation for the impending eye surgery. The surgery is complicated and will be done in series for a few days. The family lives in the province and just renting a small space in Paranaque until baby Jane recovered fully from her condition. The family started to save money for baby Jane’s eye surgery, but the meager income could not cover all the medical needs of the sick child. The mother is seeking any help that can be extended for her loved child.

With the combined generosity of the founder and a volunteer donor, baby Jane received cash assistance for her medical management, formula milk for her nourishment, and grocery items to share with her family. The cash assistance would be a good addition to the family’s savings for the eye surgery of baby Jane. Hoping for baby Jane to see clearly the beauty of life.
