Together for Joy: A Special Celebration for Children with Special Needs

Chummy Chum is once again spreading joy, this time to children with special needs. At the covered court of Caruhatan East Elementary School SPED in Valenzuela City, excitement filled the air as the children gathered—some eagerly joining the games, others happily watching from the sidelines.

Ms. May’s group, who collaborated with Chummy Chum for this special day, together with some donors, arrived early with lots of gifts for the 36 young warriors. Volunteers from the Far Eastern University, kicked off the festivities with lively games that brought smiles not only to the children but to their ever-supportive mothers as well.

The excitement reached new heights when Chummy Chum made a grand entrance, dancing, waving, and posing for endless photos. After a hearty meal, Chummy delighted everyone by handing out fresh popcorn and fluffy cotton candy, followed by a heartfelt gift-giving moment that made each child feel celebrated.

Chummy Chum extends heartfelt appreciation to the FEU student volunteers whose energy and kindness helped make the games unforgettable. The parents of the young warriors also expressed deep gratitude to Chummy Chum for sharing time, joy, and genuine care with their children.
